neutral  Dimitry Papkov: Well, actually, "boker tov, harofeh" might be better. Or "boker tov doktor INCERT NAME"

  -> "Boker tov, harofeh" is the way in which I used to address my teacher when I was 6 years old. I wouldn't use it for my doctor. Adding the name is an option, though.
