Believe is ma'amin, if the speaker is male, and ma'amina if the speaker is female. Or ma'aminim, if the word is spoken by a group of males or males and females, or ma'aminot if it's spoken by a group of females. And in Hebrew:
ma'amin מאמין
ma'amina צאמינה
ma'aminim מאמינים
ma'aminot מאמינות

Thank you very much. I was trying to explain to our Jr. High youth group that when the bible speaks of 'believing' in Jesus....it's not just that cut and dry. To believe in Jesus...is to chasten to, cling to, and trust in. Anyway, much thanks for your help in my research~Wesley
