1 hr confidence: | pannicle पैनिकल (बाजरे के ë
Explanation: पैनिकल (बाजरे के वर्ग का पौधा)... Pannicle (bajre ke varg ka paudha)...
Pannicle is the name of a cereal crop grown in North America. It may not have a Hindi name. One way out is the one I have suggested above.

14 hrs confidence: | pannicle pushp guchh
Explanation: In agricultural or botanical context,
pannicle=पुष्प गुच्छ (as defined in Consolidated glossary of technical terms. However, the glossary spells it as "panicle")
The pictures in these references make the meaning clear:
1)After 3 or 4 years, it produces a large pannicle of up to 80 white, five petaled flowers, 1/2 inch across.

2)White pannicle flowers in spring and summer. Grows approx. 75cm-1m per year.

Hi Mridula, Please have a look at this file and see whether it clarifies your doubts:
http://www.cahe.nmsu.edu/pubs/_a/A-414.pdf
There is another one at:
http://www.fao.org/documents/show_cdr.asp?url_file=/DOCREP/T...
and at:
http://www.syngentafoundation.org/what_is_pearl_millet.htm
These files are specifically related to pearl millet/other types of millet and you will find the word "panicle" mentioned in both of them.
This website has photographs of rice panicle:
