What is the Hindi word for “secretary”, please?

By “secretary” I mean the traditional picture of the woman who takes down letters in shorthand for her boss, makes him coffee etc. etc.

I believe that some Hindi speakers use the English loanword सेक्रेटरी sekreTarii, but I'd be particularly interested in a Hindi word of Sanskrit origin, if such exists, which I should imagine it does, given the great richness of your language.
