You can use फ़िल्में as a title. The problem with चलचित्रों is that it can only be used with the post-positions like को, से, etc.

It is highly unlikely that a native Hindi speaker will use the term चलचित्र in daily conversation.

Well, Manmohan, you say that चलचित्र is both singular and plural. Then what is चलचित्रों, if not plural?

Suyash, I again can't take that many solutions, only one. I guess, in parantheses that's oblique, but this word is also gonna be a title, so no oblique needed. However, I would prefer a word, whose ending is a little bit different from the singular form, but if चलचित्रों is oblique, then I can't use it as a title?
