I have a close friend who is like my younger brother. He is getting married very soon. I would like to address his card to him as such in Hindi as he is proud of his heritage and I would like to offer him the greatest respect for his traditional wedding.

Explanation:
These are the Hindi equivalents if you really want to impress your friend. Of course, the other options suggested by my colleagues as छोटा भाई / छोटी बहन are also correct.

अनुज/अनुजा are from Sanskrit language actually(used in Hindi also), the mother language of Hindi and other Indo-Aryan languages. You may use these apt phrases:

  -> Thanks. But the asker is from other country and they would like to use some beautiful words in Hindi, not necessarilly the simplest I think. Isn't it? Because the friend in india is pround of his heritage, he would feel good to read such words, IMHO.

Explanation:
When you have to address your younger brother or sister, you would address him or her as मेरे प्यारे भाई, मेरे प्यारे भैया, मेरे प्यारे भय्या, or मेरी प्यारी बहिन, मेरी प्यारी बहन, मेरी प्यारी बहना.
