I feel that following may be the correct translation.

हमें कौन संगठि‍त करता है
हमें कौन एकीकृत करता है.


I have read

हमें कौन जोड़े रखता है.

which I've to review and do not feel is suitable phrase as per hindi usage. Is there any comment or suggestion from my colleagues regarding same? Welcome in advance!

Here 'what' means 'which element'. And keeping the contextual meaning in mind, the translations would be different. The meaning would have to be derived as per the reference.

Accordingly, it could mean:

वह कौन सा तत्व है जो हमें एक करता है।
वह कौन सा तत्व है जिससे हममें एकता आती है।
वह कौन सा तत्व है जो हममें एकता पैदा करता है।
वह कौन सा तत्व है जो हमें संगठित करता है।

मूल संस्कृत शब्द तत्त्व है जबकि हिन्दी में अब तत्व का प्रयोग भी प्रचलित हो गया है। डा. भोलानाथ तिवारी के शब्दकोश में आपको तत्व, महत्व आदि प्रयोग मिलेंगे। भारत सरकार के प्रकाशनों में भी यही प्रयोग मिलते हैं। अतः दोनों प्रयोग ही ठीक हैं।

जहाँ तक आपके अनुवाद की बात है, 'हमें कौन जोड़े रखता है' मुझे ठीक नहीं लगता। 'कौन' से किसी व्यक्ति का आभास होता है। और 'जोड़े रखता है' के बारे में मैं अपनी टिप्पणी ऊपर पहले ही दे चुका हूँ।

धन्‍यवाद रावलजी. यह मुझे मालूम है कि‍ 'जोड़े ' इसका प्रयोग उचि‍त नहीं, परन्‍तु फि‍र भी ऐसा अनुवाद भी प्रचलन में आ गया है क्‍या, यह जानने के लि‍ए मैने प्रश्‍न आपके समक्ष रखा था. मेरी आदत तत्‍व, महत्‍व न लि‍खकर तत्त्व, महत्त्व लि‍खने की है क्‍योंकि‍ मैं संस्‍कृत का भी वि‍द्यार्थी रह चुका हूँ और उसका सतत अध्‍ययन आज भी करता रहता हूँ. आपके वि‍स्‍तृत उत्तर और इस प्रश्‍न पर नि‍रन्‍तर नज़र रखने के लि‍ए कुडोज़ अंक पाने का आपका श्रेय आपसे कोई नहीं छीन सकता. किंतु चोपड़ाजी का उत्तर भी अच्‍छा है.
