I wonder where I'm going wrong: I'm trying to translate the above name (the location of the well-known Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple) into Hindi (I think it must be something like श्री रङ्गम द्वीप, but I can find nothing on Google.
I realize, of course, that it’s in Tamil Nadu, where the official language isn't Hindi, but surely the Hindi language wouldn’t just “ignore” the existence of such a temple? This is why I think there's probably something wrong with my translation.
