English to Hindi translations [Non-PRO]

I hope I'm right in thinking that one of the ways in which you can distinguish a picture of Rama is that he is always depicted with a bow and arrows.
I wonder, incidentally, if a different word is used from the normal Hindi term for a bow and arrows owing to the religious context.

Yes, it is same as English only. Normally in Hindi "bow & arrows" called as "तीर और कमान" but in Ramayan and Mahabharata, it has been used in a bit more pure Hindi as धनुष-बाण where बाण is used for Arrows and धनुष is used for Bow. |
