Tus thawj txiv plig Pope Benedict XVI
Explanation:
You can't translate names and titles except for rare reasons. By adding "thawj txiv plig" you are explaining the title and that is enough for the translations. Trying to translate it further will cause more confusion and anyone reading Hmong probably won't understand it.

Great point, Fabio. If adding the numeral indication to the end, you would have to write it this way: Thawj txiv plig Pope Benedict Tus Thib Kaum-rau. Note: Hmong numbers are not usually written with a dash (-) but in many cases, the words would have a different meaning if the dash was not there. I use dashes in my translations as many Hmong translators are also starting to as well. Hope that clears it up. Thanks for pointing it out.
