... a rendszer-szabályozó egységben található számlálóval.
Vigyázat! A "control" sokmindent jelent, de leginkább szabályozást!

A mai autóelektronikában nagyon sokféle számlálót alkalmaznak. Van "alive counter", "assembly plant mode counter" stb. stb. Mivel a fordításnál az is fontos szempont, hogy egy másik fordító más helyen és más időpontban "vissza tudjon találni" az eredetihez, feltétlenül fontosnak tartanám az úszó számláló megtartását.
A "kiesik a szinkronitásból" pontosabban fedi a "gets out od synch" kifejezést, mint a "nincs szinkronban".

De lehet esetleg lebegőpontos számláló is.
Vigyázat! A Google keresés remek konyhai pultokat mutat be e név alatt, amelyeket az akusztikai célú "úszópadló" nyomán esetleg "úszópult" néven lehetne illetni.
