"A V8-as motorok másodlagoslevegő-rendszere javítja a katalizátorok hatásfokát. Hidegindításkor és a bemelegedés során a rendszer friss levegőt juttat a kipufogócsőbe, ennek hatására utóreakció lép fel és a kipufogógáz tovább melegszik, a katalizátorok pedig gyorsabban elérik a szükséges hőmérsékletet. Ezáltal jelentősen megnövekszik a katalizátorok hatásfoka hidegindítás és bemelegedés során, csökken a szennyezőanyag-kibocsátás, ami környezetkímélő hatású." |
