Én sem vagyok ebben jártas, de a kifejezést erre vonatkozólag használják.
\"..THIS important limit state\", kihangsúlyozva, \"..governs the design of compact steel sections in flexture\", tehát a legnagyobb terhelésről van szó, mint írtad. Amit általában három fokozatba sorolnak be, service, damage and ultimate.
