Explanation:
Lehet, hogy nem tünik a legszerencsésebbnek, de ha rendesen fordítjuk valóban eyt jelenti. (Jogi fromaknál, amugy is csak az ügyvédek értik miről van szó...) Amikor alapvetően garanciát vállalnak, akkor az mért korlátozás, azt nem tudom. HA nem syó szerint akarod, akkor a
garanciával bistosított jótékonysági társaság takarná leginkább az eredti mondandó lényegét.

Megjegyzem, hogy ez egy UK forma. Ilyenről én még nem hallottam se kanadában se az USA-ban.

Gyakorlatilag részvények helyett a tagok a saját tőkéjükkel (aminek nincs minimum határa) garantálják a céget.

Companies limited by guarantee are private limited companies where the liability of the members is limited. A guarantee company does not have a share capital, but has members who are guarantors instead of shareholders. Limitation of liability takes the form of a guarantee from its members to pay a nominal sum in the event of the company being wound up while they are a member or within one year of their ceasing to be a member. The amount of money that is guaranteed can be as little as Ł1 and will be stated within the constitution of the company (the Memorandum & Articles of Association).

Szerintem félreérted a dolgot: a garancia, éppúgy, mint ltd-k esetében, monetáris. Nem a müködésre, hanem anyagi felelösségre vonatkozik és ebben a vonatkozásban korlátozott, megint csak, min tegy ltd, vagy kft.
