English to Hungarian translations [PRO]

(A jelenlegi fordítás: "sok olyan eszköz áll rendelkezésre, melyekkel költséghatékony stratégiák fejleszthetők ki és alkalmazhatók a fenntartható fejlődésre alapozva")
A mondat megformálásától eltekintve most csak az "on the ground" érdekel - abban egész biztos vagyok, hogy semmi köze a használt "alapozva"-hoz, hanem viszonylag szó szerint utal arra, hogy a földön történik a dolog. Mi erre egy jó magyar kifejezés?

Szerintem nehéz egy szóval lefordítani. A Denny-féle "helyszínen" nem rossz, csak szerintem itt valami általánosabb kellene. Arról van szerintem szó, hogy nem csak a törvényeket, rendeleteket kell(ene) meghozni, meg szép hangzatos terveket meg célkitűzéseket kidolgozni (jártatni a szánkat), hanem azokat meg is kellene valósítani, ténylegesen kivitelezni (meg is kéne csinálni, amiról beszéltünk). |
