Explanation:
Szerintem itt (talán a felsorolás miatt) a szórend megfordult. A biztonsági nehézhorgonyról lehet szó, másnéven nehéz tőcsavar, amit betonhoz való rögzítéshez használnak. A felsorolásból talán hiányzik egy vessző? "Anchor, concrete" - "Tőcsavar, beton(hoz)" Szerintem olyan nincs, hogy "Anchor concrete", csak olyan, hogy CONCRETE ANCHOR. Ez a betonnál alkalmazott tőcsavar (horgony).
