Explanation:
Tojásfehérjéből, kukoricakeményítőből, sóból (esetleg más ízesítőanyagokból) készített bundába kell beforgatni a húst, és igen röviden elősütni. Ezután a többi összetevővel együtt lehet sütni.

A források szerint az az előnye, hogy korábban is elvégezhető, így időt takaríthatunk meg vele. Meg gondolom az is, hogy lezárja a hús felszínét, így bent marad a zamata.

Hátha a források segítségével egy hozzáértőbb (angolul tudó)háziasszony/-ember kideríti, higy is mondják ezt magyarul.
