Igaz, hogy az angol azt írja, hogy csontjával, de a magyar gasztronómiában inkább azt használják, hogy egészben, mert az, hogy csontos, vagy csonttal, az nem valami vonzó a magyarnak. A kereskedelemben árult göngyölt-, gép-, kötözött, Burgundi, Prágai sonkákat mind csont nélkül árulják. |
