English to Hungarian translations [PRO]

Találtam egy jópofa definíciót angolul:

Nem tudom pontosan, hogy írják helyesen ... olvastam 'együtt-tanulás'-ként, és 'együtt tanulás' -ként is.
Szerintem ezt a szót régebben akkor használták, amikor az "okosabb" mintegy korrepetálta a "gyengébbeket" (oktatóként volt jelen, de ő is ülve magyarázott vagy pedig a pedagógus javasolja a szülőnek az "együtt-tanulást" ha az nem megy. Szerintem ebből alakulhatot ki a tanítás e módszere.

Explanation:
Személyesebb és majdhogynem egyenrangú "váll-váll melletti" -kapcsolatot fejez ki a még tanuló és a már tanultabb fél között. Abból indultam ki hogy a mentor nem feltétlenül egy hivatalosan kijelölt tanár/tanító (mentort keresni és találni szokás) de egy tapasztaltabb, képzettebb személy (peer)aki szakmai pártfogásába veszi a másikat. Mentor és tanítvány között könnyen baráti viszony is kialakulhat (vagy már eleve barátság alapozza meg a mentor-tanítvány kapcsolatot).
