Félretéve azt, hogy leghivatalosabban töltéscsatolt eszköznek hívják, ez itt egyszerű használati útmutató, úgy gondolom, inkább lapkának nevezem, de mindannyiotoknak köszönöm a segítséget. 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer
töltéscsatolt eszköz („töltéscsatolt" egybeírva) a pontos fordítás, de a CCD nagyon elterjedt magyarul is. Összetételekben (CCD-kamera stb.) a CCD után kötőjel áll.
