Ha nincs jelző, akkor az "adott technológián alapuló" fordulattal lehet a hiányát pótolni.

Szerintem sem érdemes másképpen fordítani. A példamondatodban a technológia előtt ott van a PC, valami ilyet hiányoltam én is, hogy legyen a technológiát mihez kapcsolni. Köszönöm a segítséget.
