Az "along" variálható lehetőséget ad, (amellett, hogy...) de a fentihez hasonéó nekem jobban hangzik. |

| Grading comment Én is inkább úgy értelmezem, hogy a már tudományos pályán lévő nők haladásának támogatásáról van szó. Nem pedig a nők tudományos pályára csábításáról, mert az messzire vezetne. Köszönöm.
