ami a kibocsátásokat illeti, a joint administrator nem rendelkezik beleszólással a nagyobb dolgokba, tényleg csak adminisztrál, lebonyolít, bizonyos, neki kiszignált feladatokat hajt végre. De talán a szövegből több is kiderül a feladatköréről.
