Én hagyatékra gondolnék, vagy hagyatéki vagyonra. Pl. ahol kiskorú az örökös, és a hagyatéki vagyont valaki kezeli az ő nagykorúságáig. Lehet, hogy ezt másképp kéne hívni, a jogászok majd hozzászólnak (reméljük). De szerintem erről lehet szó. |
