Mivel a mondatban ezután szerepel a "payroll deduction program", az első, kérdezett előfordulásnál szerintem ki lehet hagyni az "election"-t, és csak simán levonásként fordítani.

A deduction election in payroll is one in which an employee has self selected themselves (through direct application) for a reduction in their direct pay in return for some other form of payment, normally deferred pay in the form of stock options.
Alternatively, 'kiválasztott engedmény'.
Unfortunately I can't locate any texts on stock options for payroll in Hungarian to provide any examples.
