A kereskedelmi bérlőre nem találtam megerősítést, pedig mintha már találkoztam volna vele. Az üzleti bérlőre van néhány találat. Az egész birtokos szerkezetként nekem jobban tetszene: "az ingatlan üzleti bérlője vagy használója". |
