Hiába szerződés, ehhez elsősorban nem jogi háttértudás kell, hanem pénzügyi/banki. Ezért tetten át a kérdést a megfelelő témába.
Én csak úgy tudom értelmezni, hogy a closing itt a tranzakciók lezárást jelenti. Tehát az a bank, amelyik a tranzakciókat lezárja/véglegesíti.
