A claim against property or an interest in property that limits the ownership right of the property. Examples include liens, mortgages and leases.

  -> Thank you Thomas. I actually thought of adding the word "teher" with a /, but only one term per entry is allowed (which is understandable). Depending on the context, "teher" would be used. For instance, "free of encumbrance" is "tehermentes."
