I found an entry at Proz about this term in the context of Spanish to English translation, but I was wondering what the correct Hungarian translation of the term might be. I'm afraid I need it quite urgently. I would really appreciate your comments.

Explanation:
A „For those foreigners who have funds in a Spanish bank account then it is important that they also produce a certificate of non-residence; and which can also ... „ alapján arról lehet szó, hogy a bank tisztázni akarja az illető státuszát.

Magyarországon az illető országának adóhivatala által kibocsátott nyilatkozattal oldják meg ezt a problémát, pl.
„IGAZOLÁS FORRÁSADÓ LE NEM VONHATÓSÁGÁRÓL
CERTIFICATE FOR NON-DEDUCTION OF WITHHOLDING TAX
...
Igazolom továbbá, hogy a fent nevezett személy jelenleg adózás tekintetében ebben az államban rezidens. /
I further declare that this person is currently resident for tax purposes in this State.”
