Szerintem hivatalos (bevett) magyar fordítása nincs, viszont ha az Americas előfordul, akkor Észak- és Dél-Amerika nevét egyszerre szokás megadni, így elkerülhetjük a bonyodalmakat. Az interneten előfordul a amerikai kontinensek tanácsa, de szerintem ez nagyon erőltetett (fordításszagú). Nem használnám.
