At the first occurrence it simply means that some content is displayed on the screen, so your best and only choice is "megjelenés".
At the second occurrence, I guess, some program generation takes place after pressing the button so I'd choose "előállítás".
However, in general and in most cases, development means fejlesztés, but it does not apply for these two cases.

Asker: Elnézést, hogy németül tettem fel a kérdést - a szokás hatalma... A szöveget két nyelvre fordítom, ezért németül is szerettem volna tudni és egyszerre két helyen tettem fel a kérdést. Mégegyszer elnézést a keveredésért!
