Bár a 'custom' fordítása számítástechnikában leggyakrabban 'egyedi', 'egyéni', esetleg 'testre szabott', ebben a szövegösszefüggésben a custom code: saját kód, custom module: saját modul, stb. Tehát az 'EBS custom code' az (Oracle) EBS (cég) saját kódja. Az 'egyedi' itt azért sem jó, mert van olyan is pl. hogy 'custom unique' module, ami saját egyedi modul. HTML esetén pedig a 'code' magyarul 'forráskód'.
