Letter of Guarantee is applicable to the followings: The guarantee is made by the bank credit, which is easily accepted by clients. /G is opened according to but not attached to commercial contract. It is a legal document with independent legal effect.
That is, L/G is an independent promise and is basically a documented transaction business.
