Egy másik helyen: ""Assignor is the borrower under the following indebtedness: the inter-company loan facility agreement..."
Explanation: Szerintem abból, ami a szövegben van, az derül ki, hogy valamiféle klíringmegállapodás van a vállalatok között, vagyis mindegyik tartozhat mindegyiknek, és a végén ebből egy egyenleget vonnak, hogy kiderüljön, hogy _vésgő soron_ ki tartozik kinek, ki a nettó adós és ki a nettó kölcsönöző. Szerintem a "nettó" szó ezért kívánatos a kifejezésbe.
