Any allocation that unexpectedly causes or increases a deficit in the Member’s or Assignee’s Capital Account as of the end of the taxable year to which the allocation relates attributable to depletion allowance under Section 1.704(b)(2)(iv)(k) of the Regulations, allocations of loss and deductions under Sections 704(e)(2) or 706 of the Code or under Section 1.751-1 of the Regulations, or distributions that, as of the end of the year, are reasonably expected to be made to the extent they exceed the offsetting increases to such person’s Capital Account that reasonably are expected to occur during (or prior to) the taxable years in which the such distributions are expected to be made.

nekem valami itt nem kerek: az offsettable a beszámítható, letudható vagy beszámítandó

viszont mivel tőkeszámláról van szó, elképzelhető, hogy ez egy évvégi elhatárolás: nem történt még kifizetés, de előreláthatólag lesz ilyen, és akkor ennyivel kevesebb a pénzecske (lehet pl. valamilyen árfolyamveszteség, vagy teher: még nem jelent meg az elszámolásokban, majd fog.

  -> az elszámolható talán inkább chargeable (megteheti, hogy felszámítja), a könyvelésben ami már megjelenik, azzal muszáj elszámolni (nem kedv kérdése) :D

agree  Eva Blanar: a kompenzálható nagyon tetszik, de ez nem biztos, hogy veszteség - lehet ideiglenes pénzhiány is a számlán (pl.amikor az ügyfél nem fizet). A számla szempontjából azt ki kell egyenlíteni, de a tulajnak nem veszteség!
