Ami nem világos: a "representations" itt a "kötelező biztosítékok és garanciák" (representations and warranties) kifejezésre utal, vagy konkrétan valamiféle képviseletre vonatkozik? Ez utóbbi esetben a jelentés "képviselet és reklámtevékenység"? Sajnos a szöveg töredékes, több támpontot nem nyújt. |

Én ebben a formában találkoztam hasonlóval:
No representation, promise or inducement has been made by any Party hereto that is not embodied in this Agreement, and no Party shall be bound by, or liable for, any alleged representation, promise or inducement not so set forth.
Ugyanilyen gondban voltam, de úgy döntöttem, hogy mivel itt az előzőleg történt tárgyalások eredményeinek érvénytelenítése a lényeg, csak a tárgyalási folyamat elemére vonatkozhat a representations szó is.
Esetleg még a biztosíték ígéretét tudnám beleérteni az alapvető terminológiának megfelelően, a képviseletet semmiképpen.

Még annyit: nem én találtam ki ezt a jelentést, sima jogi szótár (KJK Kerszöv) a representations-re a következőket hozza:
