Szerintem itt arról lehet szó, hogy a részvényeseket nyilvántartó könyvben csak az eredeti részvényes szerepelhet, és ha ő valakinek átadja a résvényét, bármilyen jogcímen (kivéve persze ez eladás), az nem kerülhet bele ebbe a regiszterbe. Így el lehet kerülni a részvények titkos átjátszását gyanús kezekbe.
