Bár ahogy látom nem jelöltem meg a "Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s)" a szakterülteim közé, de remélem nem gond, hogy válaszoltam. :)
Szerintem az ancillary agrement az kapcsolódó megállapodást jelent.

Én is gondolkoztam azon, hogy vajon ez kiegészítőként fordítható-e, de szerintem nem. A kiegészítő megállapodás az a supplement/subsidiary agreement.
Ha megnézzük az ancillary agreement definíciókat, mindenhol találkozunk a "connecttion with" kifejezéssel:
