Viszont annak ellenére, hogy itt megállapodásról van szó, szerintem ez a kérdés inkább pénzügyi, mint jogi. Legalábbis a kérdés súlya nem azon van, hogy ez egy megállapodás/szerződés-e, hanem hogy milyen szerződés. Ennek alapján viszont ez egy pénzügyi kérdés. |
