neutral  Ildiko Santana: Az "arrangement with creditors" nem "hitelezői egyetértést" jelent. Valóban adós az illető, és ellene emiatt eljárás van folyamatban.

  -> Bármennyire is bosszantó, de valóban figyelmen kívül hagytam a rövid kis megjegyzést, hogy "tenderből való kizárási ok", így valóban a másik verzió használhatóbb. Mindenesetre jó lenne tudni, hogy melyik országról van szó, akkor lehetne pontosítani még.
