Explanation: Ez egy körbélyegző, amit a lehívással kapcsolatos dokumentációra nyomnak rá, az aláírás és dátum mellett/alatt/fölött. Jelentése "lehívás" (ld. még: lehívási számla, lehívási határidő, stb.) A kérdésedben nem említed, pontosan mi ez az irat, amin ez a körpecsét szerepel (még mindig LLC-nél tartasz?) Talán az alapító okirat másolata, ami esetleg részét képezheti egy terjedelmesebb dokumentációnak, melynek minden okiratára ráütik ezt a bélyegzőt, vagy egyedi irat. (Szívesen, bár nem biztos, hogy kör, sőt... nem tudom, miért gondoltam először erre. :) Szerintem simán bélyegző /stamp/. A 'seal' lenne a 'pecsét'.)
Pecsétként még nem hallottam ilyenről, de az elképzelhető, hogy ilyennel igazolják, hogy a tőke befizetése - a tulajdonosok részéről - hiánytalanul megtörtént.
A drawdown ugyanis lehet igénybevétel is: ha például van egy milliárdos projekt, annak egyes részeit "lehívják" vagy "igénybe veszik", ez azonban a vállalatalapítással sehogy nem jön össze.
Nem írod, hogy milyen országról van szó? USA? UK?
Milyen céllal nyújtották be és hová ezt a dokumentumot?
Nem lehet, hogy ez a dokumentum az ú.n. Drawdown Prospectus anyagának részét képezi, és azért nyomták rá azt a pecsétet?

A lehívás azt jelenti, hogy van egy hitelkeret, amit részben vagy egészben lehet igénybe venni. A hitelkeret egy részének, vagy további részletének a lehívássáról a hitelfelvevő szokott dönteni, egészen a hitelkeret kimerüléséig. Katinak igaza van, nem mindig adok elég magyarázatot. De mindez nem fér össze a pecséttel az adott esetben. Szóval: vissszavonom a javaslatot, nem tudom, és most nincs időm jobban utána menni. Elnézést.
