Flamand szövegből jön: egy belga A cég fizetési felszólítást küld Magyarországra. A felszólításban megadott "domicile" egy belga végrehajtó iroda címe. Tehát nem a szóban forgó A cég saját normális székhelye, hanem a fizetési végrehajtás céljára választott cím. Ezt hogy mondják magyarul? Hátha segít, az eredeti belga kifejezés: "woonstkeuze doen".

Mivel mondatot nem ideztel, csak egy szot ragadtal ki, csak feltetelezni tudom, hogy fonevrol van szo. Ebben az esetben a "domicile" egyszeruen "hely" - ha maganszemelyrol van szo, lakhely; ha hivatal/uzlet, akkor lehet hasznalni a szekhelyet, vagy egyszeruen elerhetosegi/kezbesitesi helyet/cimet. Gyakorlatilag az allando tartozkodasi helynek felel meg (az allandosag itt lenyeges). Nem feltetlenul kifizeteshez tarsul, ahogyan azt az elottem szolok szerintem tevesen gondoljak. Az USA-ban vagy Kanadaban nagy jelentosege van a "domicile" pontos meghatarozasanak pl. adozasi kerdesek eseten (melyik cimemet fogom hasznalni a bevallashoz?).

"Location of a person's permanent principal home to which he/she returns or intends to return. The definition is significant when probating a deceased's estate and determining in which state to file, assess income or inheritance taxes, where a party can commence divorce proceedings, or whether a "diversity of citizenship" between two parties exists that provides federal courts jurisdiction over a lawsuit. If a person has several residences, it becomes a matter of proof as to which is the state of domicile. A business's domicile is the state where its headquarters are located."
