Én is gondolkoztam a jogerőn, de az a legal force/binding és a jogerőre emelés az más. A google szép számmal ad példát a "done and ordered" kifejezésre, és legtöbbször a bíróság neve és helye követi ezt a kifejezést. Szerintem egyszerűen csak arról van szó, hogy hol készítették el a végzést.
