Van különbség a general session és a regular session között? Az egyik USA állam törvényeit "regular session" fogadta el, a másikét "general session" a címeik szerint. A regular session kifejezést rendes ülésszaknak fordítottam.

Explanation:
Szerintem a General Session Általános Ülés(szak), a Regular Session pedig Rendes Ülés(szak). Előbbi nagyon ritkán használt US törvényhozás kapcsán, de van más előfordulása, segítségképp pl.:

5) A (4) bekezdésben említett éves közösségi hozzájárulások az EUFMD által vagy a végrehajtó bizottság éves ülésére, vagy az EUFMD kétéves általános ülésszakára készített pénzügyi jelentésen alapulnak, amelyeket az Élelmezési és Mezőgazdasági Szervezet (FAO) szabályaival összhangban részletes dokumentációval kell alátámasztani.
5. The annual Community contributions referred to in paragraph 4 shall be based on the financial report produced by the EUFMD to either the annual session of the Executive Committee or the biannual general session of the EUFMD, supported by detailed documentation in accordance with the rules of the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO).
