Menedzsment tudományban előforduló terminológiák;
"Deliberate strategies are the allocation of resources to achieve specific business goals", míg "emergent strategies are actions taken in response to changes in the market environment". Azért írom így együtt, mert összetartozó ellentétpár. Az első lényege, hogy hosszabb távú célokkal van összhangban, míg a másik egy adott szituációra ad megoldást. Tudatos és ötletszerű? Esetleg tud valaki már létező magyar megfelelőt?
"Strategy" and "immediate idea" are in heavy contradiction by definition. With emergent strategy, you don't vote on "in-the-minutes" ideas but base your concept on change management and late decisions. This is a strategy, indeed.
