A kérdezett mondatban szerintem a "sinuous-wire bedding units" tartozik egybe, vagyis itt hullámrugós ágybetétről, esetleg egész ágyról van szó, olyanról, mint a régi rekamiék, ahol a rugós szerkezet rá volt kárpitozva az ágykeretre, nem különálló matrac volt.
