Itt most konkrétan szoftverről van szó, de ez nem hiszem, hogy számít.
Van szerintem erre szép magyar kifejezés, mintha láttam volna már valahol, de nem jut az eszembe.

| Grading comment A "bekerülési és üzemeltetési költség"-re emlékeztem, de tudtam, hogy van egy ettől rövidebb is.
A tulajdonlási költség nem igazán szép (szerintem), de használatos, főleg IT területen, és nekem pont az kell.
