nyílt kérdés Explanation: A "high-gain question" ugyanaz, mint az "open-ended question". Az a lényeg, hogy a válaszolónak nemcsak igennel vagy nemmel kell válaszolnia, hanem sajét szavaival megfogalmaznia a véleményét, problémáit, szökségleteit, stb, amiből a kereskedő rengeteg információt ki tud szűrni. (Már ha jó kereskedő, és jól tud "hallgatni".) Az "open-ended question" magyarul "nyílt kérdés". Ellentéte a "zárt kérdés", ahol megadott válaszok közül kell egyet kiválasztani (igen/nem; nem értek egyet/nem tudom/egyetértek; stb.). Ha esetleg mondatban szerepel, akkor körül is írhatod, pluszban.
