A hatványgörbe szót én sem találom a szótárban és az interneten. Persze a matematikai alak a h-függvény (y^x), ennek grafikus reprezentációja a h-görbe, ergo létezik. Ha a regresszió szót használod, használd a hatványfüggvényt, mert a müvelet a függvénnyel történik. Ha az illesztés mellett döntesz, akkor használd a görbét, mert azt illesztjük. További különbség, hogy a regresszió számitás trend meghatározására (extrapoláció) szolgálhat, tehát a várható értéknek a meglevö adattartományon kivül esö területére ad jóslást, v. becslést. Ha ilyesmiröl van szó, feltétlenül a h-függvény regresszió használandó.
