"Belt routing
Wrap belt with teeth side towards drive sprockets. Start installation of belt from one end of vibrator and wrap sprocket continue across vibrator by wrapping backside of belt around flat idler pulley and over drive sprocket in center of vibrator. Then wrap belt around the second flat idler pulley and finally wrap the third sprocket and position belt on lower idler. Follow picture for proper positioning of belt.
Belt timing
It is very important that the weights are in time. This is a timing belt and if weights are out of time there is the possibility of premature failure of the vibrator. Follow these instructions for timing the weights properly.
1. Follow belt wrapping instructions.
2. Position the keyway on both weight drive sprockets down as shown in picture above.
3. Tension belt to specifications.
4. Check sprocket alignment, both keyways on sprockets should be in same orientation.
5. If sprockets are nofin correct orientation loosen belt and adjust by skipping a tooth on one sprocket to match up as needed.
6. Re-tension belt and check orientation again. Repeat sequence as needed."

Azt írja a szöveg, hogy "weights are in time" meg hogy "weights are out of time", ami szerintem kicsit furcsa angol, és inkább valamiféle szinkronizációra utal. Egyenlő időközönként kell, hogy azok a súlyok megérkezzenek valahova?
Milyen simítógép ez? Útépítéshez használt, ami nagy súllyal nyomja össze az aszfaltot, stb.?
A vibrálást excentrikus súlyok biztosítják, ezeket kell szinkronizálni.
